- Room A – is intended for small conferences. It allows for 3 different seating arrangements: without tables (40 people), at a large conference table arranged in a U-shape (30 people) or with small tables, allowing for specific guest seating (24 people).
- Room AB – you will organize larger industry meetings here. Here, too, 3 seating arrangements are possible, which will allow you to tailor the room to your own needs: in the form of an audience (100 people), with a large conference table arranged in a U-shape (80 people), and with individual tables (60 people). The View conference room – has a similar capacity to room AB, accommodating 50 to 120 people. The room allows for two seating arrangements: without tables or with a long conference table arranged in a U-shape.
- Room ABC – is intended for medium-sized conferences, with up to 180 participants. It allows for 3 seating arrangements: like in the audience (without tables), with a long conference table arranged in a U-shape (100 people), or with individual tables (80 people).
- New Congress Center – for large industry events, we have prepared a true congress center that can host up to 400 people. Due to its size (as much as 450 m2!), a seating arrangement without tables is available. For this size of room, this is the most comfortable form of viewing the event.
This division also allows for organizing a large event, consisting of many panels conducted simultaneously. Thanks to everything being in one place, your guests won’t have any trouble arriving on time for the events they are interested in.
