One of the most convenient options is organizing a conference at Hotel Meta. Our complex is perfectly adapted to handle such events. When it comes to renting a venue, the process is incredibly simple. All you need to do is contact us as the organizer and choose one of the business packages. You can rent the entire hotel exclusively or reserve one of several rooms, depending on how much space you need. Room A is an excellent choice for small meetings with up to 40 participants. Room AB offers excellent conditions for conferences with up to 100 people. Room ABC can accommodate up to 180 guests, while the View conference room can hold a maximum of 120. In each room, we can set up one of three seating arrangements: in theater style, with a large conference table arranged in a U-shape, and with individual small tables. We customize the arrangement according to the client's requirements and the character of the event. Additionally, you have access to the New Congress Center with an area of 450 m2, which provides excellent conditions for events involving up to 400 people. Furthermore, the room has been prepared so that with the help of mobile, soundproof walls, it can be divided into three smaller spaces, each equipped with an independent multimedia system. This solution allows for three separate presentations to be held simultaneously. This, in turn, enables maximum use of time (no breaks between presentations dedicated to specific target groups) or creates thematic blocks from which guests can freely choose those that interest them.
In each room, you will find a complete multimedia setup. We are equipped with high-quality sound systems, projectors, screens, and lighting. To ensure maximum comfort, the rooms are air-conditioned. But that’s not all. When organizing a multi-day conference at our Hotel Meta, you can book accommodations for all attendees and take advantage of the option to order meals for them. The hotel kitchen will prepare snacks or provide full catering. Guests can also dine in one of our two restaurants: Terrace and Mirror; enjoy coffee, tea, and delicious desserts in the Rattan Garden outdoors; taste aromatic roasted meats prepared in the Grill House or enjoy time at the View Bar with a fireplace room and panorama terrace. Participants receive free access to the Wellness area: sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, pool, to relax after a long day, as well as free admission to the Meta Music Club, where we host events on Friday and Saturday evenings. For an additional fee, they can use the spa services.
