Family vacation at Hotel Meta Resort Vine SPA

with the Tourist Voucher!

Hotel Meta Resort Vine & Spa has joined the Polish Tourist Voucher 500+ program. You can use the voucher to pay for the stay involving a child.

The voucher can be used to pay for the family's stay, even if under the offer, children stayed at the hotel for free. The voucher is a form of cashless payment.

To successfully use the voucher, you need to:

1. Register at PUE ZUS (have an individual account) and activate the Polish Tourist Voucher.

The guest will receive a 16-digit code via the email and SMS provided, which will be used by the receptionist to settle your stay using the voucher.

2. The hotel settles payments with the voucher only for bookings made directly at the hotel (by phone, email, or through the hotel’s online booking system).

3. Upon check-in, the receptionist will ask for the 16-digit code and will then use it to block a specific amount of funds for the stay on the ZUS platform.

The receptionist's action will require authentication, so you will receive an SMS and email with a PIN code that we need to complete the funds blocking on your account for the reservation made with us.

In this process, it is necessary for you to have access to the phone or email inbox that you indicated in PUE ZUS.

4. The remaining amount for the reservation is paid by card or cash upon check-in.

Since the stay is, in principle, for the child, it cannot be a business stay, therefore, the receptionist will not issue an invoice for the remaining payment to the company.
